Booked King Size bedroom with Window on Trip.com but ended up with Twin room with window. The twin beds were joined together and we were told that that SHOULD BE same size as king bed… We went to clarify with counter cause the gap in between the twin bed was not expected and not what I paid for. Counter attitude was bad and kept on repeating the size SHOULD BE the same.
Their management then further followed up with me saying if we want a king bed we should’ve clearly stated as ‘special request’ during booking. So Miico is basically asking to us to specially inform them on the room type that we want, even if we’ve already selected…
Lastly it’s about the deposit receipt that required us to sign in order to get back the deposit RM50. It’s clearly stated on the receipt ‘Twin Room with Window’ and the price shown also different from what we paid on Trip.com. Counter didn’t explain why but just asked us to sign so that we can get back the deposit. They did not allow to take photo of the receipt, refused to send a copy after as well.
Overall experience with Miico, dishonest & bad attitude. Not recommended at all.

Quite a new and clean boutique hotel. Feel comfortable during our stay. The location is quite near to Toppen shopping mall. Less than 5 min journey by car.

Not bad, it's OK for one night. You can also go to aeon nearby. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat. The hygiene is OK, but it's very convenient. The counter is manned 24 hours a day. This is great

The room was clean but there was a little bit dust on the unopened mineral water cap, maybe the room was tidied and cleaned quite some time ago before we move in. The toilet was rather small but still okay for us to use. The towel provided was a bit old and stained but seems to be clean.. Kind suggestion to the hotel for providing disposable slippers for guests. Thank you.
